| Was never athletic growing up, but was always worried about my weight. Had very poor eating habits After I lost my job in Kingfisher Airlines I came back, wanting a healthy way of living. Joined a Zumba class and got inspired to introduce Zumba in Darjeeling. – Got certified as ZIN in 2013 – Upgraded to Zumba Toning 2014. – Got certified as a Yoga Teacher RYT 250 hrs in Indea Yoga Mysore in 2017. – Joined Golds Gym Siliguri, where I got certified for Cross Training level 1 coach. And learned strength training. 2013 to 2022 still training people on all aspects of fitness. |
